The Audio Visual Group delivered a comprehensive AV upgrade across three floors of ICE Futures’ London headquarters. The project included standard and specialist meeting rooms, a high-specification Boardroom, divisible training space, an immersive meeting room and building-wide digital signage.
We partnered with OPLC, PTS, Q-SYS, Shure, Leyard, Samsung, Cisco, Poly and Avocor on this project.
ICE Futures required sophisticated AV systems that could support its global Zoom environment while also allowing users to connect seamlessly with other collaboration platforms. The project also incorporated advanced camera tracking, immersive visual technology and specialist training environments, creating a demanding commissioning requirement.
The Audio Visual Group designed the systems around Zoom certification and interoperability, with Q-SYS, Shure, Leyard and Avocor technologies deployed across the specialist spaces. The divisible training room incorporated flexible microphones, camera tracking and AV-over-IP, while the immersive room featured a 21:9 Leyard video wall, intelligent cameras and ceiling microphones.
